Licensing Requirements
- FMA is open to pastors who oversee a ministry.
- Must have a definite call to one of the five-fold offices.
- Must be active in ministry on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Licensing Application Requirements
- Licensing Fees $350
- Willingness to serve on appointed committees, as needed
- Letters of reference
- Pictures of events held and or event summaries
- Year(s) in review documentation
- Minister bio
- (2) year vision statement
