Licensing Renewal Requirements
- FMA is open to pastors who oversee a ministry.
- Must have a definite call to one of the five-fold offices.
- Must be active in ministry on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Licensing Renewal Application Requirements
- 2 Year Vision Statement
- Licensing Renewal Fees $200
- Willingness to serve on appointed committees, as needed.
